I found the people I worked with through Ship A Car Direct to be professional, courteous and responsible. My only issue is that I was communicating with the broker by phone, and then the communication went to email without my knowledge. I was in the middle of a move so not checking email regularly. Thus, I did not know my car's ship date until the scheduled morning when the driver contacted me to set a time and place. From there, everything went smoothly. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and recommend Ship A Car Direct to others.
