Car shipped from TX to CA without issue and the process was very easy. Never needed to talk to anyone at Ship A Car Direct at all; just placed the order on their website and a few days before the ship date they put me in touch with the carrier transporting my car. They did send plenty of status updates and follow up emails throughout the whole process which I appreciated.
