Overall a good experience. Jennifer was easy to reach and always returned my phone calls. The company followed up after the car was picked up and when it was delivered as well. They advised ahead of time that you have to flexible with the pick up date and delivery date because it is dependent on the carriers. The carrier was timely on pick up and we were able to get picked up early which was great for my work schedule. On delivery, they were a few hours later than their estimated time when they called the day before, but they were timely on the estimated day of delivery. Overall a positive experience. The cost of the carrier was more than anticipated, but Ship a Car Direct deducted their commision fee keep the estimated cost that was quoted.
