The service was very professional. I was overseas when I set up the shipment so all contact had to be by email. They responded promptly to every inquiry. The only problem we encountered was with the pickup - the driver only called about 10 minutes before he arrived so we were scrambling a bit to meet him. The delivery driver called well in advance to set up the time and place. All in all we were very pleased with the process
