I was nervous about our vehicle being picked up by a carrier in time, so I repeatedly asked our contact if we should up our offer price. She reassured me that our price was good. She was right, and we were picked up by a carrier in our time frame. I appreciated the honesty when she could have easily asked for more money. Ship A Car Direct was a great go-between for us and our carrier. The entire process was straight forward and smooth.
