I was frustrated at first because it was taking so long to find a carrier willing to take the car east. But, the agents I dealt with were very patient with me and kept me posted frequently. Once I understood the system and how it works, I was less concerned about the delay. In the long run, I can honestly say I would use Ship-A-Car-Direct again. The staff is easy to work with and they chose the perfect carrier. My 350Z arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect shape.
