I was a bit nervous shipping my car across the country since I'd never done this before. Ship a car direct made the process smooth and transparent. They communicated frequently during the week before pick up and were in touch on the scheduled delivery date to make sure everything had gone smoothly. I was grateful that they had a 24 hour phone number to call in case anything came up, but I never needed to use it. Overall, I would definitely use ship a car direct again and would recommend it highly to my family and friends.
