John with Ship-a-Car was great and always quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. This was my second time using Ship-a-Car to ship my car across the country from Maryland to California and even though they were unable to guarantee me a price or carrier until about a week before the date I actually wanted to have my car shipped, the process was much smoother this time around. My car was assigned to TransAuto Logistics Corp, and they were very professional and did not yell at me like the carrier I was assigned to the first time. They were able to accomodate my requests and my car was delivered safe and sound on the date that they had estimated.
