I was a bit hesitant at first because of all the horror stories I have heard across all auto transport companies but after a coworker told me they've gone through shipacardirect many times, I decided to try it and I definitely do not regret it. John was very quick to respond and he was very understanding of my time constraints because I wanted my car to arrive on an exact date just so I could use it to transport and purchase goods to settle into my new home. When my car was finally dispatched to a driver, I was called literally within 15 minutes of receiving the email confirmation and although there were some minor miscommunications on my car pick up and drop off date, I do understand that the dates given to me was ultimately just an estimate and was easily fixed. When my car arrived, it came undamaged and in the same condition I left it in despite. Once I finish with school on the east coast, I will definitely use this company to transport my car back to the west coast again.
