Great all-around customer service. Found a truck within 2 days and followed up with me periodically to make sure the process went smoothly. One problem I had was I told my representative from the get-go that I wanted to make sure that I qualified for two $30 rebates since I was shipping two cars (easy money back). In the end, I had both cars in one order rather than two separate orders and only qualified for one rebate. I wish my representative was more transparent about this issue because they clearly are knowledgeable of the entire process.
