I was pleased with Ship A Car Direct. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because we had a target pick up date to pick up my sons car at his College campus and the driver called a day before to say that he would be there that night. It was a timing issue and the target date was set on our end to work in conjunction with him being able to get his dorm things into storage before his car was picked up. It just created more stress for him at the last minute to get all his stuff in storage. Overall, we are pleased with the experience.
