Overall my car shipping experience was great. Everything was in time and the carrier assigned to me was professional and timely. The only thing I would say about Ship A Car direct was that I did receive a lot of emails from them and I wasn’t always able to commilunicate with the same person. I think the experience would have been great with about half of the emails.
