Was recommended to use this service by a friend and would use again. Felt like I had good communication with Ship a car direct (John) and also directly with my carrier (Umbrella auto transport). Did have an increase in price compared to my original quote but delivery time was more or less consistent with my estimate (off by a few hours on pickup and delivery). Car received in good condition and driver on pickup and delivery were very friendly.
