This is the 2nd time I have used ship a car direct. First of all, Matt gave me an excellent quote and put no pressure on me whatsoever. He then made sure that every aspect of this process would be incredibly smooth. They e-mail you absolutely everything (steps, contact info for the shipping company etc..) They are also sure to pick good carriers. My driver was very friendly and made sure the car was picked up and received with minimal hassle to myself. Also, their app is great, easy to use, and really a great move on their part to have this option. I have used several other companies in the past but Ship a car direct is the absolute best one and that is why I am a repeat customer.
