My car was slightly delayed in getting transported, but we booked last minute so I honestly wasn't expecting much. They managed to get it picked up within a week though, which is great! We were in contact with someone the whole time, which I really appreciated, and our driver gave us regular updates. When the driver arrived, he was super nice and personable. Overall it was a great experience and most importantly my car arrived in the same condition it left in.
