Matt from Ship A Car Direct answered all my questions promptly. They charged me a price that got me a carrier quickly. The carrier kept in touch every step of the way and everyone answered all my questions. It was a good first time experience. The car arrived five days before they estimated and in good condition. The driver called before picking up and dropping off. He called with changes to the anticpated time and they worked around my schedule. They didn't charge anything without letting me know and the price didn't change after the original quote.
