I needed to move from minnesota to maryland. I was searching for the right mover to transport my car. I found about shipacardirect. I called them and booked appointment. They gave clear instructions that car will be picked in a window of 3 business days from appointment date. Luckily I got call from them and they took my car on the appointment day itself. I took all the pictures of car before handing it to truck drivers. They checked for scratches and noted down. They told it will take around 5 business days to deliver the car. I tried to call them in between and some one from support team used to update me on the delivery date. But don't expect they will give the exact update. They will not know all those details. I got a call on a day before car delivery from a third party transport company using which the car was transported by shipacardirect. I was ready for the time window they gave me. The truck stop near by and I went there and paid rest of the amount and got the car. The car became muddy as it is in open transport. I don't see any scratches or any other damage to my car. I am happy. I hope this review helps others as well.
