ACE AUTO was great. They give you a day notice and a follow up on the day of pick up and the same for drop off. I used them for two of my cars that were going out within a week apart from each other cross country. For this specific order (one of my cars), it did not have any damage that I can see and the driver seemed very nice. It also came in the date range that was communicated to me. On the down side, 1) I hoped for a sooner pick up date as requested so I can receive it at a certain date but that didn't happen (I think this was ship a direct's responsibility?) 2) I hoped for a status update for an estimated pick up date as it got closer to the date range requested (even if there is no update from a carrier it would be nice to still know that) (this was ship a direct responsibility) but John was good about getting back to you asap if you reach out.
