My car was delivered a day later than promised but there was no damage and I was informed of what was going on. I initially received a quote of $900 then was asked to pay $1,100 because "it was Spring and prices go up". I ended up paying $1000, which was my absolute maximum limit. I liked that I was contacted with information promptly and my car looked the same (except a lot dirtier, which was expected) from start to finish. I'd use the company again, but now knowing that I need to have more flexibility.
