We had engaged a different company several weeks before and even confirmed, then they went radio silent, missed the pickup date, and failed to answer repeated calls and emails. Ship-a-car Direct called right back, gave a reasonable quote, and the driver even showed up that night to load our two cars. They were shipped as we packed the truck and flew to Maryland - we only had to rent a car for a single day on this end, saving a lot of cash. Renee and Levan stayed in touch throughout the shipment, which gave us peace of mind. I'd recommend Ship-a-car Direct highly.
