As a first time user, I was not given enough information in regards to the process before making reservations. I did not realize the process was so last minute. The purpose of me scheduling early was to get my details taken care of before I traveled to a place that did not allow me access to regular communication. I found myself trying to make arrangements with a driver while I was working, which was something I called myself trying to avoid. I felt like I could have saved myself $200 by calling drivers myself, if I had to do it anyway. My car was a bit damaged, still working with the driver as he agreed to take care of the damage. I have no complaints with the driver as yet, just the process. However, if I had to use the service again, I would, however, I would ask more specific questions.

Our apologies you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately in the auto transport industry, lead time doesn't help get a carrier secured sooner. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling. It is quite normal not to have a carrier on the first day of your available window. We always do our best to explain the way that this industry works as it is quite different from booking a flight or a hotel.
