We were shipping a car for the first time and didn't know the whole process. Stefan did a pretty good job explaining everything but the window of pickup/delivery was very wide at the beginning. We ended up adjusting the dates because of a schedule shift and they adjusted well. When the company did come pick up my car it made it to Seattle in 5 days - much faster than I'd expected based on the "windows". I also thought it was a little strange that the transpo company marked that my car was "too dirty" to do a damage assessment prior to moving the car - I had it washed maybe a week before and it had been sitting on the street waiting for pickup. There was likely some dirt around the bottom of the car but nowhere near the amount of dirt to make any dings or scrapes unviewable. I feel like that left the door wide open for the company to not be liable for any damage if any occurred. The car arrived clean other than about 200 tiny bugs had been killed on the back of the car. Other than that, it was a very good experience and would use them again if I needed to.
