Ship A Car Direct offers great customer service that is kind and very knowledgable about shipping your car from point A to point B. You receive plenty of emails that are very informative and they offer an app where you can take photos before and after delivery in case any claims have to be made. Jennifer from Ship A Car Direct was great.
