I was told that my car could get picked up, up to 5 days after my requested date, so I wasn't upset or surprised when it was 4 days late. once it got picked up it got to Ohio so quick and safely. overall the service was fast, efficient, and no damage at all to my car. which was my biggest concern. only thing I would say is that the company should have better communication because I had to call to find out an update when it was three days past my requested pick up date.
