I went with a different company and ended up not having my car picked up for 2 weeks when I. Was told it would be picked in a certain date. I realized the auto transport service was acting as a middle man between customers and drivers and was just promising things to keep me as a customer when they had no control. Ship a car direct was honest and completely Transparent which helped me get the driver pick up and delivery earlier than anticipated.
