Ship A Car Direct Folks were great and stayed in contact with me from start to finish. I did have a little trouble getting in touch with the transport company and had to contact Ship a car direct to have them contact them for me. I never was able to talk to the driver or get his telephone number until until he got to Dallas. He called me from Dallas after I got his cell number from his own company finally, and said he had some deliveries in Dallas and would be down later in the day. He called me around 7:30 that evening and said he could be here around 10:30 that night, and I told him if he was tired to wait until morning, and he said he was alright and asked if I could accept the car at 10:30 at night and I said O.K. He arrived around 11:15 - 11:30, and he got my car off the truck and was very professional in doing it. I was very impressed in how careful he was in getting the car off the truck. I could not inspect the car that night, but the next morning other than being little dirty it appeared to be O.K.
