Only issue I had was that the company that was found by ship a car direct didn't deliver on the weekends so that was really annoying. Customer service was great when I called but again an annoying problem was if I had a problem with whomever they chose to broker me put to they couldn't do anything because the company was closed. I had assumed that ship a car direct would have some special number in order to resolve my issue. No point in being 24 hours in my particular case. Overall everything was fine. My car came back to me filthy idk how it got to the point it did. So that was also annoying.
