2nd time was not as great

I used this service the first time I went from the east coast to the west coast. The sales rep was very helpful. This time I was shipping it from the west coast to Texas and the sales rep was harder to reach, didn’t call me back when I left voicemails and the 24/7 customer service number given once your car is shipped was awful. I was trying to hanger the card that was on file for the pick up and the guy couldnt answer any of my questions and kept putting me on hold to ask a supervisor what to do because he didn’t understand.

Our apologies you were not satisfied with our service. We are very sorry to hear that you were unable to reach Stefan or that you found our reps hard to deal with, that should never be the case on our end and we will look into it and improve on that end. Glad to know your car has been delivered safe and sound
