I searched online tried this company based on the reviews given on this site. I talked to Jennifer and she was very good in explaining how it works and followed it with a detailed email. I placed the order and all I had to tell was the date from when it can be picked up. I called her once a couple of days before to confirm. It was picked up by the carrier(Diesel Auto Express) within the window specified and delivered earlier than the given window. Their app is really good to take pictures before and after the delivery to claim any damages. The van was delivered in the same condition and the carrier handled it very well. I would definitely recommend Ship-a-car-direct to for their excellent service.
