Great customer service! I worked with David when I needed to ship a Chevy Tahoe from Missouri to California. He had a shipper assigned within a day. He kept me posted on when the Tahoe was going to be picked up and how to communicate with the driver. The Tahoe was picked up and dropped off on time. This was the second time I have used ship a car direct and both times they have been honest and fair with their pricing. They also got the cars shipped quickly and safely. I would definitely use them again!
