Shipping our car out to our daughter in Los Angeles was fast and easy!! I was not sure what to expect, but this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had!! From the quote, to the pick-up, to the drop-off, everything went just the way it was supposed to. I was super nervous about shipping our car such a long way, but John was courteous and answered my emails and questions immediately. The driver was wonderful about contacting our daughter and dropping off the car at a convenient time. We highly recommend Ship-a-car Direct!
