Although my overall Second experience was good with ship a car direct, I was not pleased at the fact that my quote was increased by $150 a couple of days before the pick up date. The explanation was that the pick up location was out-of-the-way and the driver wanted this extra amount to go pick up my cars. Even though I agreed to pay the increase, this struck me as kind of a weak explanation because when I used them the first time (at the same time of year) they dropped off my car in the same city without any increase. Oh well- at least my cars got here safe and sound and within a reasonable amount of time.
