Communicating with Ship A Car Direct customer service and assigned delivery driver were very pleasant. Both answered my calls, responded to my requests, and arranged/changed the pick up and delivery time based on my schedule/needs. I highly recommend their service. The car was delivered in good condition. I just need to get it thoroughly washed. Very good experience which is very unusual.
