One of the best reviews I can give this company is the communication. Eve was Remarkable with daily emails and what to expect. I got an email from their claims adjuster before the vehicle was even picked up, to introduce himself, just in case I would need to file a claim at delivery. After delivery emails to me ensuring make vehicle’s condition was as promised. I am a first time user of transporting a vehicle and have to say this is a remarkable company. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
