Received the quote a few months in advance. When I was ready to place my order, the price went up significantly. Really wanted a enclosed but I was already 3 days past my pickup date and was told that there are more opens and we would get faster service if we switched. Driver made me drive >5 miles for the pickup and drop off. Driver was very nice and professional. Car was super dirty but there was no damage. I've used Ship a Car Direct in the past and will continue to use them again.
