Service from this company was outstanding. Kosta was my service rep during this transport. He had excellent communication skills and did not rush or pressure me on the phone like other agencies did. He was calm, patient and explained everything very thoroughly. He was honest about the quote and it never changed during the duration of the shipment. I was very satisfied with how quickly they were able to secure a carrier and made sure to stay in contact with me daily. I will use ship a car direct again for transport needs.
