This transport company was stellar in their honesty, professionalism, and follow through. I dealt with Scott their Customer Service Representative who was great to work with on this transport. He advised me if I can wait to transport the vehicle from January to February it is the lowest rates of the whole year to transport. The carrier ( Elegance Trucking Corp) that picked up the vehicle was based out of Miami. He was very courteous and professional, and meticulously inspected the vehicle for any damage at the pickup location. Don't hesitate once not to use the Ship a Car direst service.
