I needed to ship my Jeep Wrangler from the east coast to the west coast in the middle of winter. Suffice to say it took a week or so to find a carrier willing to do this. I think that time frame was more than reasonable and Matt from Ship-A-Car Direct communicated with me every few days to keep me posted on the status. As for the carrier, they were adequate. I had to be a little flexible with the locations as car carriers were not able to do door to door service. Again, reasonable request. Car was delivered a little earlier than I expected and in the same condition. Overall, I'm satisfied with the level of service I received.
