I retained Ship a Car Direct after another firm could not arrange transportation after 2 weeks. Stefan's price was higher, but I believe the other firm priced the transport too low, thus no takers. The transport company they retained, KML Enterprises, LLC out of Denver, is a small operation, I believe. They were retained 6 calendar days after contracting. While I never met the driver as I was not in the locations on either end, he communicated by phone and text, was courteous, and stuck to his schedule. As far as the car being dirty, well it's winter and an open carrier, so of course.
Ship a Car Direct has a system that sends several automatically issued emails on various topics during the process, which were informative. I'd use them again.
