Matt at Ship A Car Direct got me out of a bad situation, fast. I had initially hired another “family owned” local company over a month in advance of my cross country move back out west. Well, I was duped out of my deposit, was never issued a driver, and the owner of the transport company kept lying to me about when a driver would show up, and in the end no driver EVER showed up. The owner never even responded to my numerous phone calls, knowing very well I had to catch a flight to SFO the next day. In a panic, I decided to call Ship A Car Direct after reading numerous positive reviews. Matt responded right away, was professional and understanding, eager to help solve my dilemma. This company is honest and gets the job done. My driver, Mike from Top Line Logistics was excellent and took great care of my BMW. Great attitude and with the easy communication, smooth transactions, I would definitely request working with these guys again! Thank you Matt (agent) AND Mike M (driver)!!!
