Working with Ship A Car Direct was EASY. From generating an initial quote, through the application process everything was straightforward and explained in great detail. The website has a lot of great information that describes everything about the process from application and customer service right through to claims processing. The communication during the process was good, constantly getting updates about my order, finding a carrier, pick up, delivery dates, etc. The car i needed to ship was picked up a day later than originally planned, but it also arrived at my door a day earlier than expected. My car arrived a little dirty, but after a 1,500 mile journey it arrived safely and without a ding or a scratch on it! I will definitely use Ship-a-Car-Direct again in the future.
