I was initially nervous about the delivery time and being without a car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver, Vadeem, continuously updated me on the ETA and worked with me to time the delivery. Area of improvement: while the pickup was only after the date the car was supposed to be ready (and it was), they gave me a 2-hr notice for pickup instead of the stated 24-hr. If I wasn’t ready or at home it would have been inconvenient.
