Disappointed with Carrier Communication

Ship a car direct was awesome, but the carrier said he would call when he was 24-12 hours out. Well he called 4 hours out and the didn't deliver because of a broken down truck. Don't recommend the actual carrier company we used from the Seattle area if communication is important to you. They got it there early but too early was not a good thing!
