I expected my car to be picked up five days after placing my order, but it took an extra five days after that to secure a car carrier, Ship A Car Direct stayed in contact with me the whole time, explaining what was happening.I was very pleased with Jennifers knowledge and promptness to my questions and concerns. Once a carrier was found for me, everything moved fast and smooth.This was my first time transporting a car this way, and although I found other sites to be slightly lower in price, I chose Ship A Car Direct because of the higher ratings from the Better Business Burea and custormer reveiws. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recomend them.
