This was my first time using this company. It had taken me a while to find a company that I felt was trustworthy & based on their reviews, fast/fair quote and helpfulness of the videos that they provide on their website, I decided to go through with them. I had my car picked up in San Diego on a Monday afternoon & was advised that the drop off date could be anywhere from 3-4 days after the estimated date I was given. Unfortunately, there was a storm that came through during the time that I was waiting for my car to show up, so I was very understanding in why my drop-off date had to be pushed back. They kept in touch with me every step of the way & I was very pleased with their services. My car was pretty dirty, but thats a given with the open container I chose. Thank you so much for everything, I will be using your services again in the near future!
