My experience with ShipACarDirect was great. I was quoted a price and the company wasn't able to find a carry that could provide that price, but they honored the price as best they could anyway.
The only issue I had was that the carrier wanted wither cash or a cashiers check. I wasn't informed of this until after I was provided a carrier for the shipment. It's 2018 and I think customers should be able to pay with a card instead. This seemed a bit sketchy to me and I didn't want to take out that much cash, so I got a cashiers check, but that comes with a fee from your bank as well, so the process isn't perfect.
Otherwise, the care was a bit dirty, but no scratches or dents.
