Checked out a few car shipping companies before deciding to go with Ship A Car Direct. I appreciated the online video that answered most of my questions. The price to transport the vehicle came in higher than the original quote so the customer service representative lowered their service fee and we ended up paying only $50.00 over the original quote. There was always someone available to answer your questions in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and the vehicle arrived in California two days earlier than expected which made my son very happy. Although I had the Jeep cleaned inside and out before it was picked up the condition upon arrival was quite dirty which I guess is to be expected when being transported in an open carrier. So my advice is not to bother washing the outside of the car! I would highly recommend this company.
