This was my first time shipping a car. I was a bit skeptical of the process at first as I did not know until the day I listed the car available to ship, if they have found a carrier or not. The morning I had my car listed as ready to ship the call came in from Stefan that there was a carrier available. The car was picked up on time, shipped in 4 days from NY to the West Coast which exceeded my expectations. It was a little dirty on a arrival but I had an open carrier so I'm guessing that is normal. One other thing worth mentioning my antena was not on the car when it arrived the original driver had kindly taken it off and put it on the drivers seat. Which I did not think to do.
