The service itself was easy. The driver was able to deliver the car 2 days before the estimated arrival time which was great. My only complaint was how last second everything was. I wasn't made aware of the car pick update/time until two hours before they were at my door. Fortunately, I live close to my work and was able to make it back but it could have been much more inconvenient if I lived further away. Upon arrival, there was no damage and everything has been great since!
