Would Recommend with some Caveats

I had an overall good experience with Ship A Car Direct. They were in contact with me about what to expect along the way, which was much appreciated. The worst part about the process was not knowing whether or not my car would be picked up by a carrier until 3 days before my flight out of the area. I was told to set my first available pickup date 5 days prior to my flight, so I set it 6 days just to be safe. The first two days of my pickup window I hadn’t heard anything, which was pretty nerve-wracking, considering I had a pretty hard deadline and didn’t want to cancel my non refundable flight. Finally I heard that my carrier had been assigned. All went well from there. I received my car 6 days after it was picked up. It was filthy, but I suppose that’s to be expected with a cross-country ride. Despite the anxiety-inducing parts of the pickup process, it all went smoothly. I paid a little more than what was quoted, but that was worth it to get a carrier more promptly.
